Condo on a bluff overlooking Lake Dillon in the Town of Dillon in Colorado's Summit County. We are on the Lake Dillon lakefront and as a result we have great lake and mountain views.
We are adjacent to the Lake Dillon Marina which makes getting on a boat for fun on the lake just as easy as walking down the stairs. The Marina rents pontoon boats, sailboats, motor boats and kayaks.
In the Summer we are also central to Summer activities including regattas on lake Dillon, concerts at the Dillon ampitheatre and other area acivities.
Condo features include a clubhouse, awesome lake, mountain and ski area views, and you are within a 1-2 block walking distance to 5 Dillon restaurants and a movie theatre. The Lake Dillon Bike Trail is a few steps away and is open all year.
Condo is central to the four Summit County ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin - all 5-15 minutes away. Central to other Winter activities as well. Also, 30 minutes to Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland ski resorts.
Seven world class ski areas are in the area. Four are in Summit County and the condo is central to these ski areas. These are Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Arapahoe Basin. The other 3 ski areas are within a 30-40 minute drive and these are Vail, Beaver Creek and Loveland. Vail owns Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin and one ski pass is good for all three of these ski resorts.
There is a panoramic view of the mountains in Summit County from our condo, including the mountains at Keystone and Peaks 1-10 between Breckenridge and Frisco.
The top picture on the left was taken across the Dillon Marina Bay and shows our building above the Lake Dillon Marina and overlooking the lake. Buffalo Mountain and part of the Ten Mile range are towering above the lake. Our condo is at the top of the stairs above the Dillon Marina offices. The bottom picture was taken from right in front of our condo balcony/deck and shows the great view which is looking across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge Resort. A larger view of this picture is also available.
